At Monster Illuminessence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting experience. If your smart lighting products don't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific lighting model you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Monster Illuminessence packaging, ensuring all power adapters, remote controls, and mounting accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
